Hello,
I go by the name of Jethro Tull on Veganrepresent.com. I posted my recipe recently on that site. I've read so many comments of failed tempeh experiences that I'd like everyone to know about this method. Feel free to use the 10 Minute Burnt Sugar Tempeh recipe on your site.

Sincerely, Scott Rude

WOW. That looks amazing. Papa Murphy's is the first place I ever had a dessert pizza (apple pie) and it was amazing. That was pre-vegan days, so I have no idea what went into it, but if I thought THAT was brilliant, then this is Epiphanal!

If you're concerned about powdered sugar, you can always make your own. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's both carry granulated sugar that's clearly labeled as vegan, and you can whiz that in a food processor or blender to make it powdery. You could also use regular granulated sugar in the sauce, just make sure it dissolves when you cook it. And coarse sugar would be really nice sprinkled on the crust too.
